Once your order is placed, our process becomes highly personalized. You will receive a 2D rendering, a detailed 3D CAD, and a 3D video preview of your ring for review. This ensures every detail - from proportions to setting - is exactly as envisioned. Production begins only after your full approval, giving you complete confidence before your ring is brought to life.

We recommend removing your pieces before sleeping, exercising, swimming, or using household cleaners, as chemicals, moisture, and impact can dull finishes and weaken settings over time. Gold, silver, and enamel should be stored separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratching. Clean gently using a soft, lint-free cloth, and avoid abrasive materials or ultrasonic cleaners, especially on enamel. With mindful wear and routine care, your jewelry will maintain its brilliance and craftsmanship for years to come.
