Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Because most of our jewelry is custom-designed and crafted specifically for you, these orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
To ensure you love your jewelry before production begins, we offer a detailed approval process that includes stone selection, 3D CAD, 3D rendering videos, certification reports, and an in-person or virtual consultation if needed.

What’s Covered?
For the first 7 days of ownership, we offer complimentary repairs for any issues related to craftsmanship or material defects. However, repairs due to intentional damage or excessive wear will not be covered under this warranty. We strongly recommend confirming the correct ring size prior to placing your order. If a ring needs to be resized due to an incorrect size selection and is deemed too loose or too tight, additional resizing fees may apply. Fees vary depending on the design, metal type, and extent of the adjustment.
Third-Party Alterations
To maintain the integrity of your Marta McCue Fine Jewelry piece, we advise against having any work done (with exception of resizing gold and platinum) by outside jewelers, as this will void the warranty. This is to ensure your piece is handled by experts familiar with our craftsmanship and settings.
