Even when crafted with the highest-quality diamonds and fine metals, proper care is essential to preserve the beauty of your jewelry. We recommend removing your pieces before sleeping, exercising, swimming, or using household cleaners, as chemicals, moisture, and impact can dull finishes and weaken settings over time. Gold, silver, and enamel should be stored separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratching. Clean gently using a soft, lint-free cloth, and avoid abrasive materials or ultrasonic cleaners, especially on enamel. With mindful wear and routine care, your jewelry will maintain its brilliance and craftsmanship for years to come.

Free domestic two-day delivery via FedEx with signature required on all diamond orders. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Every custom diamond piece follows a strict design and approval process, including a detailed CAD rendering and 3D videos provided for your review and approval prior to production. This ensures each piece is crafted exactly to your specifications before it is made.
